la Clémence is managed by an experienced and competent team. The Executive committee is made up of elected members, each of whom is a resident of la Clémence. The day-to-day management is taken care of by dedicated staff members.

Each Executive committee member is responsible for a portfolio, which coincides with their individual expertise and interests.
