Liberté Trust was established in 2000 as a vehicle for property development and investment. At the helm of the trust is professional engineer, Inus Kempen, who graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in 1980 with an Hons Eng degree in project management. Since then, Inus has honed vast skill and experience across all aspects of property development. He is supported by two dynamic project managers: Howick Oosthuizen (a building science graduate) and Garth Pool (BTech in Urban Engineering).
Liberté Trust boasts a track record of proven success. Its namesake, Liberté – 50 apartments opposite the Oude Libertas, Stellenbosch - has shown phenomenal growth of 50% per annum based on most recent resales.
Two private residential estates in Somerset West look set to follow suit. The Vergezicht Estate of 20 exclusive homes and the Olijvenhof development of 50 upmarket homes have achieved prices of up to R8 million.
Liberté Trust also has diverse interests in the commercial property market, an example being its co-ownership of the popular Habitat Decor Centre adjacent The Somerset Mall, Somerset West. |
